Stephen
Rhind-Tutt
President
Stephen has worked
in electronic publishing for libraries for more than 20 years.
Before co-founding Alexander Street Press in 2000, he worked for
Gale, Proquest/Chadwyck-Healey, and SilverPlatter in a number of
different roles. During that time he was responsible for the
creation or development of more than 400 different products
serving a wide range of libraries. He is a frequent speaker at
conferences including The Charleston Conference, the American
Association of University Presses, the Society of Scholarly
Publishers, The Digital Library Federation, CLIR and others.
Stephen has a B.A. from University College London and an M.B.A.
from Boston University.

Eileen
Lawrence
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Eileen has worked with
academic libraries since 1980. She was one of the founders of
Alexander Street Press after serving as Vice President of Sales
at Chadwyck-Healey, Inc. Eileen has built sales and marketing
teams, designed and executed consortium, regional, and national
purchasing agreements around the world, and helped to create
online collections. Her commitment to creative pricing models
and universal access has made it possible for users at all
library types to access to previously out-of-reach content.

Tim Lloyd
Chief Operating Officer
Tim was previously co-founder and CEO of Classical International,
the digital music start-up behind the groundbreaking Classical
Music Library service. His experience in digital music publishing
parallels the development of this new industry, and builds
on a professional career working in and advising media and
telecommunications companies in the United States and Europe
looking to deliver new media services to their customers.

Andrea Eastman-Mullins
Vice President, Editorial
Andrea has more than 10 years of experience publishing
for learning and research. Working for SIRS, Chadwyck-Healey,
ProQuest,
and the University of North Carolina, Andrea has held multiple
roles in the development of more than 30 humanities and faculty
development databases. With a B.A. in philosophy and German
from Hamilton College and an M.A. in Higher Education Administration
from the University of Michigan, Andrea believes you can study
Nietzsche and still find a job.

Don McCrae
Chief Financial Officer
Don has spent his career in a variety of roles in the
publishing, financial, technical, and service sectors in Europe
and North America. In addition to his position as Chadwyck-Healey
Group's International CFO, he was responsible for the legal,
production, and IT departments within the UK company. Don is
currently CEO of Segmentis, a high-tech start-up, and he sits on
the boards of a number of service and consulting companies.

Janice Cronin
General Advisor
Janice comes to Alexander Street from Ernst & Young,
where she consulted in Oracle-based financial systems. Her
financial experience started in the mid 1990s with high-technology
companies, including BayNetworks, SilverPlatter Information,
and Metrocall. As Controller at Metrocall, she created and
led a team responsible for managing more than $250 million
in annual revenues.

Ron Rietdyk
Chairman
Ron has extensive experience in the information industry. He was
President and one of the founders of SilverPlatter Information,
Inc., where he grew the company to more than $70 million. He is
also founder of ScanLaser, one of the first companies to engage
in electronic printing. He currently serves on the boards of a
variety of companies.

Dominic Tutt
Board Member
Dominic sits on the board of Alexander
Street. He co-founded Astins, a UK based construction
company in 1996. As Managing Director he led the company from
nothing to more than 200 people. His particular expertise is in
process, continual improvement, health and safety and personnel
issues.
